I was taught to be coloured blind. If the new orthodox is to see race first - then count me out. The news always is more sensational and alarming then what I have witnessed in my career, but it does create a perception. Here to push back against that and lean in with ideals that have fostered much progress. Not as far as we need to go, but certainly better - not worse.
